We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, business name, email address, and the details you share when you contact us or request a quote. When you use an assistant we build, we may process the messages exchanged between your customers and the assistant on your behalf.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and browser type and pages visited, to operate and improve the site.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, build and operate your assistant, provide support, improve our services, and meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we use it only for the purposes identified at the time of collection or as permitted by law.

We rely on trusted third-party providers — for example, hosting, infrastructure, and AI model providers — to deliver our services. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Some providers may process data outside Canada, in which case it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
